This privacy policy describes how Standard Charging LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you visit standardchargingllc.com or use our public EV charging stations.

What we collect at our chargers

Our chargers operate without collecting personally identifiable information from drivers. We collect charger ID and session start/stop time, energy delivered (kWh), session duration, and charger fault data for maintenance. We do not collect license plates, faces, phone numbers, email addresses, or any data tying a session to an individual driver. No ALPR cameras. No facial recognition. No Bluetooth or Wi-Fi MAC tracking.

What we collect on our website

Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), anonymous analytics that do not track users across sites, and information you voluntarily provide through forms.

Your rights under the Oregon Consumer Privacy Act

Oregon residents have the right to confirm, access, correct, delete, and receive portable copies of their personal data. To exercise these rights: privacy@standardchargingllc.com. We respond within 45 days.
